There’s already been a couple of documentary series on Keith Raniere’s weird and dangerous NXIVM cult (and I ate up both). So here’s a follow-up of one of them, an unexpected second season of “The Vow” (HBO, 9 p.m.) in which the federal trial against the organization begins.
The mass shootings at three Atlanta spas in March last year are covered that brought attention to violence against Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders in a special “Rising Against Asian Hate: One Day in March” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings).
It’s followed by a look at Muslim Americans in Nausheen Dadabhoy’s film “An Act of Worship,” making its debut on “POV” (10 p.m., check local listings).
“Batwheels” (Cartoon Network, 9 p.m.) is the first preschool “Batman” series, an animated shows focusing on Batman themed cars.
An even older legend gets a variation on the new “Hamster & Gretel” (Disney XD, 8 p.m.).
Four kids from “Kids Baking Championship” return to make October goodies on the special “Kids Baking Championship: Trick or Eat” (Food, 8 p.m.). It’s followed by “Halloween Baking Championship” (Food, 9 p.m.) and “Halloween Cookie Challenge” (Food, 10 p.m.).
“Doc Martin” (Acorn TV, streaming) returns for its 10th and final season.
