“The Good Doctor” (ABC, 10 p.m.) treats and takes advice from a famous marriage counselor.

Spencer tries to adjust to college life on “All American” (CW, 8 p.m.).

“All American: Homecoming” (CW, 9 p.m.), meanwhile, gears up for spring semester.
