Halloween is the time when daytime TV shows spend their costumes budget for the year. It gets so excessive on shows like “Live with Kelly and Ryan” (ABC, 9 a.m.) and “Tamron Hall” (syndicated, check local listings), there isn’t time for any guests.
Kyle tumbles down the stairs and hurts his ankle on “Below Deck Mediterranean” (Bravo, 8 p.m.).
“Quantum Leap” (NBC, 8 p.m.) looks like it moves directly into “The Exorcist” for Halloween.
The first season finale comes for “Real Girlfriends in Paris” (Bravo, 9 p.m.) with lots of visitors to France.
“Halloween Baking Championship” (Food, 9 p.m.) and “Halloween Cookie Challenge” (Food, 10 p.m.), of course have their finales.
A university student has disturbing dreams in the made-for-TV movie “Embrace of the Vampire” (Lifetime Movie Network, 8 p.m.).
“Inside the Factory” (Smithsonian, 8 p.m.) visits a huge pizza factory in Italy.
Karlie’s surprise pool party makes waves on “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta” (VH1, 8 p.m.).
“The Surreal Life” (VH1, 9 p.m.) housemates learn they can’t vote anybody out.
I’m not sure what a feature about a suitcase portal to a cursed circus, “The Haunted Museum” (Travel. 9 p.m.) is doing on the Travel Channel. But it is Halloween.
“Love & Hip Hop” (VH1, 10 p.m.) looks back on the start of the franchise.
Other Halloween fare includes “Hotel Transylvania” (Freeform, 7 p.m.), “Halloween H20: 20 Years Later” (A&E, 8 p.m.), “Bram Stoker’s Dracula” (Pop, 8 p.m.), “Tyler Perry’s Boo 2!: A Made Halloween” (BET, 9 p.m.), “Frankenweenie” (Disney, 9 p.m.), “Hocus Pocus” (Freeform, 9 p.m.), “An American Haunting” (Cinemax, 9:30 p.m.) and “Halloween: Resurrection” (AMC, 10 p.m.).
