Turner Classic Movies celebrates the king’s birthday today with the concert films “Elvis: That’s the Way It Is” (8 p.m.) and “Elvis on Tour” (10 p.m.). The silent feature is Louis Brooks in G.W. Papst’s “Pandora’s Box” (midnight). It’s followed by Krzysztof Kieslowski’s “The Scar” (2:30 a.m.) and “Camera Buff” (4:30 a.m.).

College football’s FCS championship game has South Dakota State vs. North Dakota State (ABC, 2 p.m.). 

Men’s college basketball includes Northwestern at Indiana (Fox Sports 1, noon), Ohio State at Maryland (ESPN, 1 p.m.), SMU at Central Florida (ESPNU, 2 p.m.), Houston at Cincinnati (ESPN, 3 p.m.) and  Washington at Arizona State (ESPN, 5 p.m.).
