Shot from a wheelchair-mounted camera Reid Davenport shares his vantage point as a disabled filmmaker in the visually striking “I Didn’t See You There,” a film spurred after a circus big top goes up outside his Oakland apartment gets him thinking about the nature of freakdom. The award-winning film makes its premiere on “POV” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local listings).

College football’s national championship has Georgia vs. TCU (ESPN, 7:30 p.m.) in Inglewood, Calif. It’s also on ESPN2 and ESPNU. 

“NCIS” (CBS, 8 p.m.) stages a huge three-show crossover involving both “NCIS: Hawai’i” (CBS, 9 p.m.) and “NCIS: Los Angeles” (CBS, 10 p.m.). 

From a co-creator of “Rick and Morty,” Justin Roiland, comes the animated comedy “Koala Man” (Hulu, streaming) about a man with minor superpowers in Australia. Voices are provided by Michael Cusack, Sarah Snook, Hugh Jackman and Jemaine Clement, among others. 

“Fire of Love” (National Geographic, 10 p.m.) is a documentary about a French couple who are also volcano experts  and their work and life before a tragedy hits. 

“The Parent Test: Meet the Parents” (ABC, 8 p.m.) is a two hour special about the participants in the network parenting experiment. 

The third season begins for the game show “Master Minds” (Game Show Network, 6 p.m.), hosted by Brooke Burns.
