“30 Rock” used to joke about an extreme reality show called “MILF Island.” That joke comes true tonight with the premiere of “MILF Manor” (TLC, 10 p.m.) in which eight well-preserved women of a certain age (40 to 60) look for love from young bucks. There’s a hidden twist, which may well be that the guys are all their own sons, looking for older women. 

A woman who recently discovered she’s a princess must find a date for a royal gala in the made-for-TV movie “The Princess and the Bodyguard” (UPtv, 7 p.m.). Emily Alatalo and Ryan Bruce star. 

Elsewhere, an online match turns into a dangerous scam on the made-for-TV thriller “Burned by Love” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.).

James and Helen begin married life on “All Creatures Great and Small” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings).

“NCIS: Los Angeles” (CBS, 9 p.m.) tries to protect a friend of Sam’s who finds himself hunted.

Eliza runs into a foe from the past on “Miss Scarlet and the Duke” (PBS, 8 p.m., check local listings). 

“East New York” (CBS, 8 p.m.) looks into the death of a dancer on the subway tracks.

Finley helps Carrie seduce Misty on “The L Word: Generation Q” (Showtime, 10 p.m.).

On “Vienna Blood” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local listings) Max and Oskar stumble on exploitation and blackmail. 

Betting that someone will tune into “Yellowstone Wardens” (Animal Planet, 9 p.m.) looking for Kevin Costner. 

“The Real Housewives of Potomac” (Bravo, 8 p.m.) doubt Karen’s story about Charrisse.

A conclusion comes for the two part “Giuliani: What Happened to America’s Mayor” (CNN, 9 p.m.). 

“Dirty Jobs” (Discovery, 8 p.m.) goes to an asphalt plant. Then “Sewer Divers” (Discovery, 9 p.m.) goes to a Brooklyn treatment plant.

Greek food is on the menu for the “Worst Cooks in America” (Food, 8 p.m.).

Turner Classic Movies has a couple of horse movies, “The Black Stallion” (8 p.m.) and “My Friend Flicka” (10:15 p.m.). The silent movie at 12 is from Brazil, “Limite” (midnight). It’s followed by “Fellini Satyricon” (2:15 a.m.) and a documentary about that film’s director Federico Fellini, “Ciao, Federico” (4:30 a.m.). 

Basketball includes Philadelphia at Lakers (NBA, 9:30 p.m.). 

Hockey has Arizona at Winnipeg (NHL, 7 p.m.).

Men’s college hoops include St. John’s at UConn (Fox Sports 1, noon), Marquette at Xavier (Fox, noon), South Florida at East Carolina (ESPN2, 1 p.m.) and Memphis at Temple (ESPN2, 3 p.m.)
