And because today is Martin Luther King Day, it’s the 5th annual Urban One Honors (TV One, Cleo TV, 7 p.m.) honoring Black figures in a variety of fields including LL Cool J, pictured, as well as Rep. Maxine Waters, Pharrell, Bobby Brown and gospel singers Tamela and David Mann. Performers include Monie Love, Doug E. Fresh, DJ Spinderella and Keke Wyatt. The singer and actor Tank is host.

“The Big Payback” makes the case for reparations and follows an alderwoman who fought for a bill that would supply it. It makes its debut on “Independent Lens” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local listings). 

The final game of Wild Card Weekend has Dallas at Tampa Bay (ABC, ESPN, 8:15 p.m.) in prime time.

“Down Home Fab” (HGTV, 9 p.m.) is a new series in which Close and Cole Deboer rehab houses in Sioux Falls, S.D. 

The dark side of the popular Fox series is explored in the three-episode documentary series “The Price of Glee” (Investigation Discovery, 8 p.m.), such as the deaths of cast members Cory Montheith, Naya Rivera and Mark Salling.

“NCIS” Hawai’i” (CBS, 10 p.m.) goes after a Japanese crime family.

Calvin and Tina go to Madrid, far from “The Neighborhood” (CBS, 8 p.m.).

“Fantasy Island” (Fox, 8 p.m.) features a reunion of “Desperate Housewives” stars Teri Hatcher and James Denton. Also guest starring: Andy Richter.

Parker find he’s a victim of identity theft on “NCIS” (CBS, 9 p.m.).
