One of the most memorable components of “That 70s Show” were not necessarily the young people in the basement but the distinctive parents upstairs. Debra Rupp and Kurtwood Smith return, then, in their Wisconsin home. Now, they’re grandparents in the latter-day spinoff “That ‘90s Show” (Netflix, streaming), the second big updated classic sitcom this week. Stars of the old show from Topher Grace and Laura Prepon to to Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, show up as guest stars.
Ancient scary tales of the East, illustrated by standout horror manga artist Junji Ito, is presented in the new “Junji Ito Maniac: Japanese Tales of the Macabre” (Netflix, streaming).
A second season comes for the New Zealand horse saga “Mystic” (UPtv, 8 p.m.).

“Celebrity Jeopardy!” (ABC, 8 p.m.) has B.J. Novak, Brendan Hunt and Cari Champion in the final quarterfinal. Other game shows tonight include “The Chase” (ABC, 10 p.m.) and, I guess, “The Parent Test” (ABC, 9 p.m.).
“Hell’s Kitchen” (Fox, 8 p.m.) reduces the final seven chefs to five.

“Swamp People” (History, 8 p.m.) use pig heads to lure in gators, but they go after a giant python on “Swamp People: Serpent Invasion” (History, 9:35 p.m.).
