“HELP! My House is Haunted” (Travel, 10 p.m.) brings some more ghost stories as the fourth season starts.

In a new made-for-TV thriller, a true crime podcaster gets too involved in one case on “A Podcast to Die For” (Lifetime Movie Network, 8 p.m.).

“Dating Death” (Sundance, 10 p.m.), a true crime series about a serial killer who posed as a photographer and once appeared on “The Dating Game,” migrates to cable from the streaming Sundance Now. 

“I Survived Bear Grylls” (TBS, 10 p.m.) has challenges that sound a bit like torture. 

Turner Classic Movies continues its Thursday night series of B Movies with “Identity Unknown” (8 p.m.), “Dead Man’s Eyes” (9:30 p.m.), “Murder in the Private Car” (10:45 p.m.), “Isle of Missing Men” (midnight) and “Prison Ship” (1:15 a.m.).
