It joins three imported Canadian comedies, “Son of a Critch” (CW, 8 p.m.) and “Run the Burbs” (CW, 8:30 p.m.), both of which are starting new seasons, and “Children Ruin Everything” (CW, 9 p.m.).
A new Irish crime drama “The Vanishing Triangle” (Sundance Now, streaming) stars India Mullen as a journalist who after writing about her mother’s murder, gets a letter from the killer. Allen Leech also stars.
“Explorer: Lake of Fire” (National Geographic, 10 p.m.) looks into a previously unexplored volcano on a remote island.
The new anime series “Pluto” (Netflix, streaming), based on the manga, is set in a futuristic world where humans live among robots.
“The Haunted Museum” (Travel, 10 p.m.) returns for its second season, just in time before Halloween.
A new horror film may well be inspired by “Get Out.” It’s called “Stay Out” (BET+, streaming) and stars Kareem J. Grimes, Janessa Morgan and Christopher Sky.
Another new film, “The Despaired” (BET+, streaming), concerns a mailman who brings a letter to a woman that resurrects her dead husband. It stars Terrence “T.C.” Carson and Drew Sidora.
On “Hell’s Kitchen” (Fox, 8 p.m.), the Surf & Turf relay challenge attracts guests Dolph Lundgren and Paula Abdul.
A woman’s ketamine therapy goes awry on “Transplant” (NBC, 9 p.m.).
“LEGO Masters” (Fox, 9 p.m.) has a Cirque du Soleil theme.
With houseguests down to seven, it’s a double elimination night on “Big Brother” (CBS, 9 p.m.)
“FBI True” (CBS, 10 p.m.) looks at the legacy of Boston mobster Whitey Bulger.
Kat has a terrible birthday on “Bachelor in Paradise” (ABC, 9 p.m.).
