Ready for another documentary series about a cult? “Love Has Won: The Cult of Mother God” (HBO, 9 p.m.) tells the story of a Kansas-born woman, Amy Carlson, who started calling herself Mother God and began live-streaming about a belief system that involved drug use and multiple conspiracy theories. The series begins at the end — finding Carlson’s mummified body in a sleeping bag in Colorado.
