Eddie Murphy revisits his first leading role 40 years ago (to which he has already returned a couple of times already, most recently 30 years ago) in the new “Beverly Hills Cop: Axel F” (Netflix, streaming). Also back are original costars Judge Reinhold and John Ashton in a cast that also includes Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Taylor Paige, Paul Reiser, Bronson Pinchot and Kevin Bacon. 

From the UK comes the three-part documentary series “The Man with 1000 Kids” (Netflix, streaming), about the Dutch man who deceived mothers into having his babies on a mass scale, through fertility clinics. 

 “Hope in the Water” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings) ends its three episode run with a look at sustainable food that may come out of the oceans. 

The warming oceans is also a concern of the show that precedes it, “Dynamic Planet” (PBS, 8 p.m., check local listings). 

Watching dogs splash during the AKC Diving Dogs Challenge (ESPN2, 7 p.m.) may cool you off. 

“The Real CSI: Miami” (CBS, 10 p.m.) looks at a murder case that used digital forensics. It’s the only new episode of anything on network broadcast TV, otherwise awash in reruns. 

Gary issues a marriage ultimatum on “Tyler Perry’s Sistas” (BET, 9 p.m.). 

“Expedition Unknown” (Discovery, 9 p.m.) looks for money stolen by Brits during the American Revolution. 

A lobsterman from Maine has a tale to tell on “Alien Encounters: Fact or Fiction” (Discovery, 10 p.m.). 

“American Pickers” (History, 9 p.m.) go to Mississippi. 

Brenda tries to mend her relationship with Delali on “Royal Rules of Ohio” (Freeform, 10:30 p.m.). 

“Shark Attack 360” (National Geographic, 9 and 10 p.m.) has another couple of episodes. 

A one night stand proves a poor idea in the made-for-TV thriller “The Beach House Murders” (Lifetime Movie Network, 8 p.m.). 

“Reginald the Vampire” (Syfy, 10 p.m.) may be the one person to save all the vampires on Earth.

The action vengeance film “The Beekeeper” (MGM, 8 p.m.) with Jason Stratham and Jeremy Irons, gets premium cable play. 

Turner Classic Movies begins three Wednesdays of saluting B-movie master Roger Corman, who died May 9 at 98. with some of his early directoral delights: “X: The Man with the X-Ray Eyes” (8 p.m.), “A Bucket of Blood” (9:30 p.m.), “The Wasp Woman” (10:45 p.m.), “The Little Shop of Horrors” (12:15 a.m.), “Creature from the Haunted” (1:45 a.m.), “Atlas” (3 a.m.) and “Tower of London” (4:30 a.m.). 

During the day are some seasonal musicals on TCM with “Summer Holiday” (6:30 a.m.), “On Moonlight Bay” (8:15 a.m.), “Summer Stock” (10 a.m.), “On the Town” (noon), “Show Boat” (2 p.m.), “Calamity Jane” (4 p.m.) and “Seven Brides for Seven Brothers” (6 p.m.). 

WNBA action has Phoenix at Dallas (NBA, 8 p.m.).
