The raunchy new teen comedy “Incoming” (Netflix, streaming) is about a bunch of freshmen trying to crash the biggest high school party the first week of school. From a pair of writers who worked on “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” and created “The Mick,” the comedy out of the mold of “Superbad” is mostly populated by kids, but a couple of the adult roles are taken by Bobby Cannavale and Kaitlin Olson. 

“The Serpent Queen” (Starz, 8 p.m.) is embroiled in political deceit. 

The story of the Alaska Airlines pilot who took psychedelic mushrooms and was accused of trying to crash a plane is told on “The New York Times Presents” (FX, 10 p.m.).

Before the season is over, here’s the open air Vienna Philharmonic Summer Night Concert, conducted by Andrew Nelsons and featuring opera singer Lisa Davidsen on “Great Performances” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings). 

Pascal Hutton and Karan Smith star in the made-for-TV film “Kelly Knows Mysteries: A Fatal Engagement” (Hallmark Mystery, 9 p.m.). 

The concert special “Billy Joel: The 100th – Live at Madison Square Garden” (CBS, 9 p.m.) is repeated. It comes after a new “Let’s Make a Deal” (CBS, 8 p.m.). 

“Gold Rush: Mine Rescue with Freddy & Juan” (Discovery, 8 p.m.) deals with a failing gold mine in Arizona. 

A claim proves dangerously inaccessible on “Bering Sea Gold” (Discovery, 9 p.m.). 

“Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives” (Food, 9 p.m.) stops for some smoked bacon meatloaf. 

Sarcophagi found beneath the sands of Egypt are tied to “Ancient Aliens” (History, 9 p.m.).

“Cesar Millan: Better Human Better Dog” (National Geographic, 8 p.m.) helps a wayward puppy in the first of three consecutive.episodes. 

Traci’s son goes missing on “The Braxtons” (WEtv, 9:30 p.m.).

On “Wiggin’ Out with Tokyo Stylez” (WEtv, 10:30 p.m.), Sasha Colby gets ready for awards shows.
