Harris’ running mate, Gov. Tim Walz, will also appear on the broadcast, just before he also appears on “Jimmy Kimmel Live” (ABC, 11:35 p.m.), beginning a week-long media blitz for the two.
The documentary “In the Rearview” shows how a volunteer aid van becomes a shelter, waiting room, hospital and occasional confessional for its passengers, leaving Ukraine for Poland. It makes its premiere on “POV” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local listings).
“Superman & Lois” (CW, 8 p.m.) begins its fourth and final season with a two-hour episode.
Also back for a new season is the only hidden camera show operated by a news division, “What Would You Do?” (ABC, 10 p.m.).

As if to augment their limited dramatic series “Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story” (Netflix, streaming), there’s a documentary about the case using interviews with “The Menendez Brothers” (Netflix, streaming).
“9-1-1:: Lone Star” (Fox, 8 p.m.) deals with a derailed train spewing toxic gas.
A biker with life-threatening memory loss seeks Dr. Wolf’s help on “Brilliant Minds” (NBC, 10 p.m.).
“The Voice” (NBC, 8 p.m.) continues its blind auditions.
Rosie Perez is guest judge on a “Soul Train” themed episode of “Dancing with the Stars” (ABC, 8 p.m.). The first ones out were Anna Delver and Tori Spelling. There’s no elimination planned tonight, but there will be another double elimination tomorrow night.
