A new limited series adapts the book by Patrick Redden Keefe’s book “Say Nothing” (Hulu, streaming) about Northern Ireland during the troubles of the early 70s. 

After turning out scores of new Christmas movies each season, they finally get around to doing a series in the new “Holidazed” (Hallmark+, streaming), about the families on one cul-de-sac, with a large cast that includes Dennis Haysbert, John C. McGinley, Loretta Devine and Virginia Madsen. 

The 25th Latin Grammy Awards (Univision, 8 p.m.) occurs in Miami, hosted by Maria Becerra, Luisa Sonza and Juliana Velásquez. Edgar Barrera leads nominees, followed by Karol G and Bad Bunny. Colombian singer Carlos Vives will receive a special award. 

Baking competitions take on a popular film franchise in the new “Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking” (Food, 8 p.m.) in which James and Oliver Phelps, who portrayed Fred and George Weasley in the movies, serve as judges, alongside Carla Hall and Jozef Youssef.

From Japan comes a new romantic series “Beyond Goodbye” (Netflix, streaming) about a heart transplant. 

“George & Mandy’s First Marriage” (CBS, 8 p.m.) celebrates Thanksgiving with a lot of cast members from “Young Sheldon” — Zoe Perry, Raegan Revord, Annie Potts and Craig T. Nelson. 

Taylor Cole grants Christmas wishes in the made-for-TV film “A Reason for the Season” (Hallmark Mystery, 8 p.m.).

“Law & Order” (NBC, 8 p.m.) deals with a tragedy in the family of a prominent judge, while “Law & Order: Special Victims Unit” (NBC, 9 p.m.) goes after a serial rapist.

Sam prepares to audition for community theater on “Ghosts” (CBS, 8:30 p.m.). 

“Matlock” (CBS, 9 p.m.) deals with the case of a death due to contaminated baby formula. 

A nonbinary activist disappears on “Ground” (NBC, 10 p.m.). 

“Elsbeth” (CBS, 10 p.m.) investigates the death of a kitchen worker.

The five remaining teams need to impress the creator of the Cronut on “Crime Scene Kitchen” (Fox, 9 p.m.).

“Hell’s Kitchen” (Fox, 8 p.m.) takes a secret ingredient challenge. 

Captain Massey’s brother arrives with an unexpected guest on “Doctor Odyssey” (ABC, 9 p.m.).

“9-1-1” (ABC, 8 p.m.) gets a new rookie.  

Things get intense on “Grey’s Anatomy” (ABC, 10 p.m.). 

“The Real Housewives of Orange County” (Bravo, 9 p.m.) continues their reunion episodes. 

New York is the destination for the “Jersey Shore Family Vacation” (MTV, 8 p.m.). 

“Mysterious Islands” (National Geographic, 9 p.m.) visits dinosaur remains on the Isle of Wight. 

The second half of a salute to the English filmmakers Michael Powell and Emeric Pressburger with “One of Our Aircraft is Missing” (8 p.m.), “The Life and Death of Colonel Blimp” (12:30 a.m.), “A Canterbury Tale” (3:30 a.m.) and “Crown vs. Stevens” (5:45 a.m.). There is also a replay of Martin Scorsese’s documentary about the duo, “Made in England: The Films of Powell and Pressburger” (10 p.m.).
