To “Tracker” and “Found,” we can add “The Hunting Party” (NBC, 10 p.m.) to the growing number of broadcast network dramas about looking for people, indicating that the culture itself may be a little lost. This one stars Melissa Roxburgh (and her eyebrows!) from “Manifest” as a fired FBI agent (how timely!) tracking down dangerous killers who have escaped from a secret prison.  

A generation of California prisoners who endured decades of solitary confinement, who banded together in 2013 to launch the biggest hunger strike in U.S. history. The story is told in the documentary by JoBill Munoz and Lucas Guilkey, “The Strike,” making its debut on “Independent Lens” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local listings).

“The Voice” (NBC, 8 p.m.) returns for a new season, with Adam Levine rejoining the judges panel alongside Kelsea Ballerini, making her debut, along with the returning Michael Bublé and John Legend.  

Back for its seventh season is “All American” (CW, 8 p.m.), the high school sports saga that comes back with a new cast of characters. 

After five seasons and 71 episodes, “9-1-1: Lone Star” (Fox, 8 p.m.), the spinoff of the series (that has since jumped to ABC), with Rob Lowe and Gina Torres, has its final episode. 

Lowe is also featured in the season premiere of “Celebrity IOU” (HGTV, 9 p.m.), having Drew and Jonathan Scott do a kitchen makeover for his longtime assistant. 

“Below Deck Down Under” (Bravo, 8 p.m.) has a nearly two hour third season premiere with Capt. Jason and an almost entirely new crew on the Seychelles. 

A trailer with cooking supplies and a GPS tracker is found on a trailer in the sixth season premiere of “Contraband: Seized at the Border” (Discovery, 9 p.m.). 

“NCIS” (CBS, 9 p.m.) stages a fake wedding to lure in the mob.

Old friends come to visit “Poppa’s House” (CBS, 8:30 p.m.). 

“History’s Greatest Mysteries” (History, 9 p.m.) examines the search for the Northwest Passage.

A leopard’s rampage in India somehow makes one of “History’s Most Shocking” (History, 10 p.m.). 

“Rescue: Hi-Surf” (Fox, 9 p.m.) responds to a tsunami advisory. 

Grant starts his series of dates on “The Bachelor” (ABC, 8 p.m.).

“The Secret Lives of Moron Wives” (ABC, 10 p.m.) has them considering vibrator endorsements. 

Pressure to get into the best preschool is felt on “The Neighborhood” (CBS, 8 p.m.). 

“NCIS: Origins” (CBS, 10 p.m.) deals with an evidence room break-in. 

Better double check those prices on “Canadian Ammonite Jewelry” (Home Shopping Network, 10 p.m.) in the new era of tariffs. 

“Kids Baking Championship” (Food, 8 p.m.) has to do something tying into Puppy Bowl. 

The second season of the supernatural teen drama “School Spirits” (Showtime, 10 p.m.), which premiered Friday on Paramount+, gets a sampling on premium cable. 

“Baylen Out Loud” (TLC, 9 p.m.) has a tic attack. 

Sexual tension rises during a weekend away on “The Couple Next Door” (Starz, 10 p.m.).

Oscar-worthy criminals are on Turner Classic Movies’ 31 Days of Oscar tonight with “The Sting” (8 p.m.), “Bonnie and Clyde” (10:15 p.m.), “Double Indemnity” (12:15 a.m.), “The Asphalt Jungle” (2:15 a.m.) and “Algiers” (4:15 a.m.). 

During the day are past nominees and winners for art direction, with “The Merry Widow” (6:15 a.m.), “Pride and Prejudice” (8 a.m.), “Little Women” (10 a.m.), “Young Bess” (12:15 p.m.), “Kismet” (2:15 p.m.), “Brigadoon” (4 p.m.) and “Annie Get Your Gun” (6 p.m.). 

NBA action includes Houston at Knicks (NBA, 7:30 p.m.) and Orlando at Golden State (NBA, 10 p.m.).

Men’s college basketball has Virginia at Pittsburgh (ESPN, 7 p.m.), North Carolina Central at Norfolk State (ESPNU, 7 p.m.), Colgate at Lehigh (CBS Sports, 7 p.m.), Charleston at William & Mary (CBS Sports, 8 p.m.), Iowa State at Kansas (ESPN, 9 p.m.), North Texas at UAB (ESPN2, 9 p.m.) and Alcorn State at Grambling (ESPNU, 9 p.m.). 

Women’s games include Duke at NC State (ESPN2, 7 p.m.). 

In the Unrivaled league, it’s Mist vs. Phantom (TNT, truTV, 7:30 p.m.) and Lunar Owls vs. Vinyl (TNT, truTV, 8:45 p.m.).
