Kaitlyn Dever is very good as a young Aussie woman who fibs about her own health in order to launch her own online business of alternate wellness in the creatively-cut new series “Apple Cider Vinegar” (Netflix, streaming). Alycia Debnam-Carey stars as a rival wellness guru in the fast-moving, engrossing series. 

Faking cancer for cash is also the story behind the true crime documentary series “Scamanda” (ABC, 9 p.m.) as well. Like the accompanying “Perfect Wife: The Myserious Disappearance of Sherri Papini” (ABC, 10 p.m.), it’s presenting episode two. 

From Sweden comes the new mystery drama “The Are Murders” (Netflix, streaming) about a woman missing in a small town. It’s based on a pair of novels by Viveca Sten, “Hidden in Snow” and “Hidden in the Shadows.” 

From Germany comes the sci-fi series “Cassandra” (Netflix, streaming), about a smart home that goes too far.

“Sweet Magnolias” (Netflix, streaming) returns for its fourth season, amid storms and the impending holidays.

The annual tire convention isn’t what it’s cracked up to be on “Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage” (CBS, 8 p.m.). 

“Hell’s Kitchen” (Fox, 8 p.m.) ends its season by naming a winner. 

Tonight’s lead-up to the Super Bowl is an awards ceremony, the “NFL Honors” (Fox, 9 p.m.). 

“Elsbeth” (CBS, 10 p.m.) deals with a case of sibling rivalry among twins, both of whom are played by Alan Ruck. 

There’s a season finale for the renovation series “Divided by Design” (HGTV, 10 p.m.). 

“Extreme Makeover: Home Edition” (ABC, 8 p.m.) helps a family of five in Simi Valley, Calif. 

Thor returns to therapy on “Ghosts” (CBS, 8:30 p.m.). 

“Matlock” (CBS, 9 p.m.) goes undercover at a senior living facility. 

Beekeeping is a new hobby on “Southern Charm” (Bravo, 8 p.m.).

“Southern Hospitality” (Bravo, 9 p.m.) jets off to Vegas to witness Maddi’s DJ gig.

In the made-for-TV thriller “Confessions of a Cam Girl” (Lifetime Movie Network, 8 pm.) a teen tries a new online job to raise money for fashion school.

“Reality Bites: A Hannah Swensen Mystery” (Hallmark Mystery, 8 p.m.) Alison Sweeney’s character investigates the death of a reality show producer. 

There’s a post-hurricane feeding frenzy on a 95-minute “Swamp People” (History, 8 p.m.). Then, Pickle learns to drive an airboat on “Swamp People: Serpent Invasion” (History, 9:35 p.m.). 

“Disaster Autopsy” (National Geographic, 9 p.m.) looks at the Columbia disaster. 

Oscar-worthy seafarers are on Turner Classic Movies tonight with “Mutiny on the Bounty” (8 p.m.), “Captains Courageous” (10:30 p.m.), “Ship of Fools” (12:45 a.m.), “The Unsinkable Molly Brown” (3:30 a.m.) and “The Old Man and the Sea” (5:45 a.m.). 

During the day TCM has nominees and winners for cinematography with “The Great Waltz” (7:15 a.m.), “Strangers on a Train” (9:15 a.m.), “The Bad and the Beautiful” (11:15 a.m.), “Gypsy” (1:30 p.m.), “Million Dollar Mermaid” (4 p.m.) and “She Wore a Yellow Ribbon” (6 p.m.).
