If it sounds like a rerun it’s only because Super Bowl LIX features the same match-up as two years ago, Kansas City vs. Philadelphia (Fox, 6:30 p.m.), this time in New Orleans. Nevertheless there will be no shortage of sideshows: Kendrick Lamar, above, performs the halftime show, fresh from winning song and record of the year at the Grammys; Jon Batiste will perform the national anthem. Taylor Swift will be on hand to cheer on her boyfriend, Travis Kelce. And Donald Trump will take time off from golf to be the first President to attend the game in person.

Animal-based specials glom onto the day with Puppy Bowl XXI (Animal Planet, 2 p.m.), with a kickoff show at 1 p.m. It’s also simulcast on Discovery, TBS, truTV and Max, and repeated at 5 and 8 p.m., and midnight.
