Valentine’s Day brings an excuse to consider the state of love in the world, and it ain’t exactly good.

Such as the stipulation in the title of the imported Taiwanese romantic comedy series “I Am Married … But!” (Netflix, streaming) about a woman who tries a dating app.

Then there is the eighth season of “Love is Blind” (Netflix, streaming), the admittedly addictive series about singles trying to spark relationships from behind walls. This time it’s set in Minneapolis, so there might be more talk about religion than usual and more than a couple couples who take the wrong turn. Doubt seeps in  via social media and at least one woman thinks her choice may be someone she’s met before.

It starts tonight with the “SNL50: The Homecoming Concert” (Peacock, 8 p.m.), streaming live from Radio City Music Hall. It’s to include a really long list of performers including Arcade Fire, Backstreet Boys, Bad Bunny, Bonnie Raitt, Brandi Carlile, Brittany Howard, Chris Martin, David Byrne, Devo, Eddie Vedder, Jack White, Jelly Roll, Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, Mumford & Sons, Post Malone, the Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Robyn, The B-52’s and The Roots.

Miles Teller and Anya Taylor-Joy star in a new thriller about guards on opposite sides of “The Gorge” (Apple TV+, streaming) who have to work together to fight the evil that emits from below. It may fit nicely alongside the latest episode of “Severance” (Apple TV+, streaming), which has been lately spending its time out of doors at gorges as well (cross-promotion?).

The fourth and final season comes for the Spanish drama “Valeria” (Netflix, streaming), with its four female friends entering their 30s.
