“Rock the Block” (HGTV, 9 p.m.) returns for a second season, this time outside Salt Lake City. Ty Pennington hosts. 

Courtney looks for intel on a new rival on “The Neighborhood” (CBS, 8 p.m.). 

“History’s Greatest Mysteries” (History, 9 p.m.) include the burning bush and other Bible stories. 

Sterling K. Brown’s agent is interrogated on the second broadcast episode of “Paradise” (ABC, 10 p.m.).

“Found” (NBC, 10 p.m.) looks to find a father first reported dead.

A mystery crate appears on a two-hour episode of “Extracted” (Fox, 8 p.m.). 

“Below Deck Down Under” (Bravo, 8 p.m.) finds the crew dynamic shifting after an intense night. 

The baby shower looms on “Gypsy Rose: Life After Lock Up” (Lifetime, 9 p.m.). 

“Confessions of Octomom” (Lifetime, 10 p.m.) has a first season finale, just as the octuplets are reaching their 16th birthdays.
