Eighty years after the liberation of Auschwitz, the esteemed historian takes a personal look at the genocide in “Simon Schama: The Holocaust, 80 Years On” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings), a story with more than a few modern ramifications. 

The well-regarded “Andor” (Disney+, streaming), the “Star Wars” series set five years before the events of the film “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story” returns for a second season with Diego Luna reprising his role as the title character. Stellan Skarsgård, Genevieve O’Reilly, Alan Tidy and Forest Whitaker also star in the series, which will play its dozen episodes three episodes at a time. 

“Frontline” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local listings) reports on Alaskan villagers fighting for survival in the face of climate change. 

Of course they were all ready with the memorial documentary “Francis: The People’s Pope — ABC News Special” (ABC, 10 p.m.). 

The makers of “Formula 1: Drive to Survive” turn to the original meaning of horse power with the series “Race for the Crown” (Netflix, streaming) following jockeys, owners and trainers through a season of the Triple Crown of thoroughbred horse racing. 

Brendan Fraser narrates the nature documentary “Sea Lions of the Galapagos” (Disney+, streaming). 

“Will Trent” (ABC, 8 p.m.) has a murder case at a luxury resort.

Abby offers to help Wyatt’s friend stay sober for a night on “Night Court” (NBC, 8:30 p.m.).

“St. Denis Medical” (NBC, 8 p.m.) throws its annual fundraiser. 

A new clue is found just as a storm hits on “The Death Coast” (History, 10 p.m.). 

“Renovation Aloha” (HGTV, 9 p.m.) ends its season of renovations on the islands. 

Marriage comes on the season finale “Jay & Pamela” (TLC, 10 p.m.). 

“The Cleaning Lady” (Fox, 8 p.m.) has her integrity put to the test. 

An escaped psychiatric patient is sought on “Alert: Missing Persons Unit” (Fox, 9 p.m.). 

“Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” (MTV, 8 p.m.) awaits a court verdict.

“Chopped” (Food, 8 p.m.) assembles four pairs of exes to compete .

“FBI” (CBS, 8 p.m.) looks for a missing girl in Queens; “FBI: International” (CBS, 9 p.m.) deals with a suspected American arms dealer in Vienna; and “FBI: Most Wanted” (CBS, 10 p.m.) investigates the kidnapping of an astronaut. 

Marty Stuart returns to Turner Classic Movies to celebrate music in the movies, this time apart from country, with “Cabin in the Sky” (8 p.m.), “Festival” (10 p.m.) and “King of Cool” (midnight). They are followed by two films from 1982: “Missing” (2 a.m.) and “The Year of Living Dangerously” (4:15 a.m.).
