Who rules the world? Well, according to this new four-part series, it could be insects. Certainly, there’s no equivocation in the title: “Bugs That Rule the World” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local listings). 

From France comes the final installment of the “Lost Bullet” action film series, appropriately titled “Last Bullet” (Netflix, streaming), in which Lino, just released from prison, seeks justice for Charas.

“Full Speed” (Netflix, streaming), the NASCAR sports documentary series, returns for a second season.

A winner is named in the two-hour, 13th season finale of “The Masked Singer” (Fox, 8 p.m.), where the unmasked this time has included Flavor Flav, James Van Der Beek, Candace Cameron Bure, Method Man and last week, Edwin McCain. 

“The Amazing Race” (CBS, 9:30 p.m.) travel to Strasbourg, France to participate in water jousting. 

One castaway intentionally stirs up chaos on “Survivor” (CBS, 8 p.m.). 

“Chicago Med” (NBC, 8 p.m.) has a staffing crisis; “Chicago Fire” (NBC, 9 p.m.) is visited by an efficiency expert; and “Chicago P.D.” (NBC, 10 p.m.) responds to a crash on an icy bridge. 

Wendi McLendon-Covey, Ben Schwartz and Adam Pally play “Celebrity When of Fortune” (ABC, 8 p.m.). 

Other games tonight include “Jeopardy! Masters” (ABC, 9 p.m.) but not “Wild Cards” (CW, 8 p.m.), the Canadian drama having its second season finale.

“Nature” (PBS, 8 p.m., check local listings) follows a Hollywood woman who nurtures wounded hummingbirds. 

Amelia goes undercover to look for clues on “Sherlock & Daughter” (CW, 9 p.m.).

“Nova” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings) has scientists prepare for an ambitious crash test.

Lucia is still missing on “The Stolen Girl” (FreeForm, 10 p.m.). 

“Ghost Adventures” (Discovery, 10 p.m.) visits a haunted casino. 

Turner Classic Movies host Alicia Malone promotes her new book “TCM Imports” with a night of foreign films, with “The Girls” (8 p.m.), “Purple Noon” (10 p.m.), “The Vanishing” (12:15 a.m.), “In the Mood for Love” (2:15 a.m.) and “Ikiru” (4 a.m.). 

During the day the TCM theme is art imitates life, with “Joe Smith, American” (6 a.m.), “Citizen Kane” (7:30 a.m.), “A Face in the Crowd” (9:30 a.m.), “The Life of Emile Zola” (11:45 a.m.), “Meet John Doe” (1:45 p.m.), “The Candidate” (4 p.m.) and “Freedom on My Mind” (6 p.m.). 

Baseball has San Diego at Yankees (MLB, Prime Video, 7 p.m.). 

NBA Playoffs have Knicks at Boston (TNT, truTV, 7 p.m.) and Denver at Oklahoma City (TNT, truTV, 9:30 p.m.). 

Stanley Cup Playoffs have Florida at Toronto (ESPN, 7 p.m.) and Dallas at Winnipeg (ESPN, 9:30 p.m.).
