Odd timing to have a tribute special 11 years after the passing of the comedienne. And the title is a little off too. But here’s “Joan Rivers: A Dead Funny All-Star Tribute” (NBC, 10 p.m.), a special taped at the Apollo last year that features Nikki Glaser, Tiffany Haddish, Chelsea Handler, Neil Patrick Harris, Bill Maher, Howie Mandel, Joel McHale, Tracy Morgan, Patton Oswalt, Margaret Cho, Rachel Brosnahan, Sarah Silverman, Melissa Rivers and Jean Smart. 

A different kind of comedian is Tom Segura, who, after five Netflix stand-up specials was given a lot of money to do a deliberately disturbing gross-out sketch show, “Bad Thoughts” (Netflix, streaming).

The latest installment of “Untold” (Netflix, streaming) looks at the social media influencer who called himself the Liver King, who promoted a lifestyle of eating raw meat and liver but was actually taking steroids. 

Stateside coverage of the tuneful and kooky Eurovision Song Contest (Peacock, 3 p.m.) begins in Basel, Switzerland, with the semifinals. The second semifinal is Thursday with the final on Saturday afternoon. .

Season finales come for a number of shows including “Will Trent” (ABC, 8 p.m.), ending its third season by fighting a terrorist biological attack.

“The Rookie” (ABC, 9 p.m.) looks to close a case to cap its seventh season. 

And the final trip for “Pati Jinich Explores PanAmericana” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings) is north to Alberta, Canada. 

The final three chapters of “Andor” (Disney+, 9 p.m.) constitute the series finale of the well regarded prequel to “Rogue One: A Star Wars Story.” 

“The Voice” (NBC, 9 p.m.) has semifinal results from Monday’s show, which is recapped at 8. 

A new culinary competition allows chefs to routinely sabotage opponents — “Cutthroat Kitchen: Knives Out” (Food, 9 p.m.). 

“The Cleaning Lady” (Fox, 8 p.m.) unearths a secret that could cost her everything. 

Jiggy tries to catch a mouse on “Port Protection Alaska” (National Geographic, 9 p.m.).

The “FBI” (CBS, 8 p.m.) investigates the murder of two IRS special agents; “FBI: International” (CBS, 9 p.m.) looks into the murder of an American student and sex worker in Budapest; and “FBI: Most Wanted” (CBS, 10 p.m.) has a story about three men impersonating ICE officers raiding a church in New Jersey. 

The Santa Barbara retreat continues to unravel on “The Valley” (Bravo, 9 p.m.). 

Chefs make dishes from ingredients that include escargot pearls on “Chopped” (Food, 8 p.m.).

“Polyfamily” (TLC, 10 p.m.) tries to all fit in the hot tub. 

Turner Classic Movies’ series of Westerns features titles with social commentary, with “The Ox-Bow Incident” (8 p.m.), “Hombre” (9:30 p.m.), “The Great Silence” (11:30 p.m.), “Wichita” (1:30 a.m.) and “Sergeant Rutledge” (3 a.m.).
