In his umpteenth culinary series, the abrasive British chef goes undercover to help restaurants in need. The new “Gordon Ramsay’s Secret Service” (Fox, 9 p.m.) begins its run at the Parthenon Greek Restaurant in D.C., where I’ve actually eaten (and wasn’t so bad).
It follows the season 15 premiere of another Ramsay series, “MasterChef” (Fox, 8 p.m.) with new judge Tiffany Derry joining Joe Bastianich and Gordo as judges.
Season finales continue to shower down, none bigger tonight than the end of season 48 of “Survivor” (CBS, 8 p.m.) taking up three hours.
The Windy City series all shut down tonight. “Chicago Med” (NBC, 8 p.m.) concludes its tenth season by trying to stave off budget cuts; “Chicago Fire” (NBC, 9 p.m.) ends its 13th season with a test to become chief; “Chicago P.D.” (NBC, 10 p.m.) ends its 12th season with a wedding on the line. All three will return next season.
The hungriest insects, from praying mantises to dragonflies are featured on “Bugs that Rule the World” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local listings).
