In the documentary “The Ride Ahead,”  disabled activists help 21-year-old Samuel Habib navigate the path to adulthood. It makes its debut on “POV” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local listings).

Another death among hunters, this one in Zambia, is at the center of a three-part true crime documentary “Trophy Wife: Murder on Safari” (Hulu, streaming).

From the creator of “Derry Girls” Lisa Gee is the sitcom “London Irish” (Acorn TV, streaming) about a partying ex-pat community from Northern Ireland 20-year-olds living in London. It first ran in the UK in 2013 and stars Kerr Logan, Sinead Keenan, Peter Campion and Kat Reagan. 

A new three-part series looks into the history of Scotland’s favorite instrument and its uses in the culture, “Battle of the Bagpipes” (AcornTV, streaming).

Shark Week continues with three specials, the first with the provocative title “Great White Sex Battle” (Discovery, 8 p.m.). It’s followed by “Jaws vs. Mega Croc” (Discovery, 9 p.m.) and “In the Eye of the Storm: Shark Storm” (Discovery, 10 p.m.). 

“The Goldens” as they are called, get more active on “Bachelor in Paradise” (ABC, 8 p.m.), as Gary arrives with a date card. 

A third installment comes for the reality series set on the Hallmark Christmas Cruise “Christmas at Sea” (Hallmark, 9 p.m.). 

“Lego Masters” (Fox, 8 p.m.) have to build something that can toss a tennis ball across the room.

Semifinals continue on “American Ninja Warrior” (NBC, 8 p.m.). 

“Survival Mode” (NBC, 10 p.m.) focuses on Florida’s Hurricane Ian.

A lost city in the Amazon jungle is one of “History’s Greatest Mysteries” (History, 9 p.m.).

“Basketball Wives” (VH1, 8 p.m.) are starting to get on eachother’s nerves. 

Chef Anthony is still mad about the last charter season on “Below Deck” (Bravo, 8 p.m.). 

“Mysteries of the Unknown” (Travel, 8 p.m.) looks into glowing creatures in Central Park. 

Retail is affected, too, during “Life After People” (History, 10 p.m.).

Turner Classic Movies celebrates Audie Murphy, born this day in 1925, with “To Hell and Back” (8 p.m.), “Walk the Proud Land” (10 p.m.), “The Quiet American” (11:45 p.m.), “The Red Badge of Courage” (2 a.m.) and “Gunfight at Comanche Creek” (3:30 p.m.). 

But it’s also the birthday of Natalie Wood, born this day in 1938, so TCM has a day full of her films, with “The Searchers” (6 a.m.), “Splendor in the Grass” (8:15 a.m.), “Sex and the Single Girl” (10:45 a.m.), “Gypsy” (1 p.m.), “Brainstorm” (3:30 p.m.) and “Inside Daisy Clover” (5:30 p.m.).

Baseball includes Kansas City at Cubs (MLB, 7 p.m.). 

Women’s soccer has Argentina vs. Peru (Fox Sports 1, 5 p.m.) and Chile at Ecuador (Fox Sports 1, 8 p.m.).
