The documentary “Lost in the Jungle” (National Geographic, 9 p.m.) revisits the frantic 40-day rescue mission following the 2023 small plane crash in the Colombian rainforest that stranded four young siblings. 

Miranda Cosgrove, once of “iCarly,” is all grown up (32!) and in her own grown up rom-com, “The Wrong Paris” (Netflix, streaming) about a woman who joins a dating show that’s not in France but in Paris, Texas (where once Wim Wenders did a fine film). Pierson Fodé stars as the bachelor up for grabs.

Speaking of nostalgia for old tween series like “iCarly,” here’s the second season start for “Wizards Beyond Waverly Place” (Disney, ), the sequel to the “Wizards of Waverly Place” that ran from 2007 and 2012. 

The death of a mother is investigated on “20/20” (ABC, 9 p.m.). 

“Deadliest Catch” (Discovery, 8 p.m.) faces treacherous ice. 

The fleet goes deeper than ever on “Bering Sea Gold” (Discovery, 9 p.m.). 

“Ancient Aliens” (History, 9 p.m.) were apparently obsessed with birdmen.

Something a little different in the music awards realm, the “Caribbean Music Awards 2025” (BET, 8 p.m.). 

“Ready to Love” (OWN, 8 p.m.) has its 10th season finale. 

Another bad travel destination is found in “My Haunted Hometown” (Travel, 9 p.m.). 

“Magic City: An American Fantasy” (Starz, 9 p.m.) has its season finale.

Lord Lovat tries to fulfill a prophecy on “Outlander: Blood of my Blood” (Starz, 8 p.m.).

“Danger in the Countryside” (Lifetime Movie Network, 8 p.m.) is a made-for-TV thriller about a woman who answers the wrong ad. 

The writer Donald Bogle hosts the second half of a two night survey of interracial romance in film on Turner Classic Movies with “One Potato, Two Potato” (8 p.m.), “Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner” (10 p.m.), “Jungle Fever” (midnight), “All Night Long” (2:30 a.m.) and “Ali: Fear Eats the Soul” (4:15 a.m.). 

During the day are musical biographies with “Till the Clouds Roll By” (6:45 a.m.), “Words and Music” (9:15 a.m.), “Three Little Words” (11:30 a.m.), “Deep In My Heart” (1:15 p.m.), “Look for the Silver Lining” (3:30 p.m.) and “Gypsy” (5:30 p.m.).
