Even the streamers are getting into the holiday romances.
Michelle Pfeiffer stars as a grandmother who goes missing for the holiday in the comedy “Oh. What. Fun.” (Prime Video, streaming) with Denis Leary, Jason Schwartzman, Eva Longoria, Felicity Jones and Chloe Grace Moretz.
“My Secret Santa” (Netflix, streaming) stars Alexandra Breckenridge of “Virgin River” as a single mom who gets a job who pretends to be a man so she can portray Santa at a ski resort. Ryan Eggold, Tia Mowry and Madison MacIsaac round out the cast.
Reba McEntire hosts the 93rd Annual Christmas in Rockefeller Center (NBC, 8 p.m.), which answers the question How many hours does it take to turn on a Christmas tree. Two hours, it turns out, with performances by Marc Anthony, Kristen Chenoweth, Laufey, New Edition, Brad Paisley, Carly Pearce, Halle Bailey, Michael Bublé, Gwen Stefani and The Rockettes.
It’s followed by a country music holiday special, hosted by Trisha Yearwood, “Christmas in Nashville” (NBC, 10 p.m.). It features Lauren Alaina, Ne-Yo, Trace Adkins, The War and Treaty and Bill Murray & His Blood Brothers.
The Duchess of Sussex is back, aiming to be domestic royalty like Martha Stewart in her special “With Love, Meghan: Holiday Celebration” (Netflix, streaming) in which she welcomes guests Naomi Osaka, Tom Collicchio, Will Guider, Kelly ajfen and Lindsay Roth.
From Brazil comes season three of the unusual reality show “Stranded with My Mother-in-Law” (Netflix, streaming) in which couples and their mothers in laws are isolated on islands where they are meant to solve family differences and possibly win a big cash prize.
Tim Allen’s character tries to prove himself a good driving teacher on “Shifting Gears” (ABC, 8 p.m.).
“Law & Order Toronto: Criminal Intent” (CW, 8 p.m.) has a first season finale with an investigation into the murder of a defense attorney.
A new member joins Gregory’s group on “Abbott Elementary” (ABC, 8:30 p.m.).
“Expedition Unknown” (Discovery, 9 p.m.) looks for the pirate treasure referenced in “The Goonies” 40 years ago.
A new series with a crass title “Cheap A$$ Beach Houses” (HGTV, 9 p.m.) hopes to help people find affordable vacation homes.

In addition to their many cartoon TV series, the Hanna-Barbara studios put out a few feature-length theatrical films as well Turner Classic Movies plays a couple of them with their premieres of “Hey There, It’s Yogi Bear” (8 p.m.), “The Man Called Flintstone” (9:45 p.m.), “A Christmas Story” (11:15 p.m.). There’s a bit of animation, too, in the earlier films that follow, “Anchors Aweigh” (11:45 p.m.), “Dangerous When Wet” (2:15 a.m.) and “Invitation to the Dance” (4 a.m.).
During the day, TCM has a series of unusual romances with “Bachelor in Paradise” (6 a.m.), “This Could Be the Night” (8 a.m.), “The Prize” (10 a.m.), “Don’t Make Waves” (12:30 p.m.), “I Love You, Alice B. Toklas” (2:30 p.m.), “Ginger in the Morning” (4:15 p.m.) and “Corvette Summer” (6 p.m.).
Basketball includes Miami at Dallas (NBA, 8:30 p.m.).
