You’ll be forgiven for forgetting everything about “The Night Manager” (Prime Video, streaming). It’s been nearly a decade since the first season of the John le Carre adaptation starring Tom Hiddleston as a deep undercover British spy. His new caper involves a Colombian arms dealer. Olivia Colman, Diego Calva and Camila Morrone costar.
Nikki Glaser returns to host the 83rd Annual Golden Globes (CBS, 8 p.m.), an event that has regained its stature after being kicked off network TV some years ago. Movies and TV will be honored; “One Battle After Another” leads the nominations in the former field; “The White Lotus” in the latter.
The NFL’s Wild Card weekend continues with Buffalo at Jacksonville (CBS, 1 p.m.), San Francisco at Philadelphia (Fox, 4:30 p.m.) and Chargers at New England (NBC, 8 p.m.).
A new six-part mystery “Bookish” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local listings) concerns a bookshop owner who aids police solve crimes in 1946. Mark Gatiss, who created and wrote the series, also stars.
It follows the sixth season premiere of another British mystery series “Miss Scarlet” (PBS, 8 p.m., check local listings) starring Kate Phillips and Tom Durant Pritchard.
In between is the sixth season premiere of “All Creatures Great and Small” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings), which starts about the time of V-E day in May 1945.
A fourth season begins for “Industry” (HBO, 9 p.m.) with Harper and Yasmin at the top of their game in London but a tech dude comes in and ruins everything.
“The Whole Story with Anderson Cooper” (CNN, 8 p.m.) looks into last weekend’s invasion of Venezuela by the United States.
Tellingly, there’s no “60 Minutes” tonight at all. Instead, there’s “ET: Live on the Golden Globes Red Carpet” (CBS, 7 p.m.).
The last time “Fear Factor” was on, it was 2008 and Joe Rogan was host and not a podcast dude. Because we live in a time of constant trepidation, it’s back, retitled “Fear Factor: House of Fear” (Fox, 8 p.m.) and with a new host: Johnny Knoxville, who will likely loo down upon these contestants, having done 10 times more dangerous dares on “Jackass.”
“The Real Housewives of Potomac” (Bravo, 8 p.m.) continues its trip to Colorado.
Dr. Heavenly hosts her first ever family reunion on “Married to Medicine” (Bravo, 9 p.m.).
“When Calls the Heart” (Hallmark, 8 p.m.) is still dealing with the national park fire.
A woman finds her sister’s remains on har later mother’s land and finds other “Secrets on the Ranch” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.) in a made-for-TV thriller.
“Worst Cooks in America” (Food, 8 p.m.) try eggplant parm.
Mario Lopez surprises his makeup artist with a kitchen renovation on “Celebrity IOU” (HGTV, 9 p.m.).
“Sister Wives” (TLC, 10 p.m.) start their reunion episode.

Turner Classic Movies has a double feature ofJules Dassin films starring Melina Mercouri, with (ironically) “Never on Sunday” (8 p.m.) and “Topkapi” (9:45 p.m.). The silent movie at 12 o’clock is “The First Degree” (midnight), followed by two French imports, “La Nuit de Varennes” (2 a.m.) and “Place de la Républic” (4:45 a.m.).
Hockey has New Jersey at Winnipeg (NHL, 2 p.m.) and Vegas at San Jose (NHL, 8 p.m.).
