She plays a mother at loose ends, with an ill daughter, flooded house, addled patients and an absent husband. The unusual cast also includes Conan O’Brien, Christian Slater and A$AP Rocky.

Strangers on a cruise have to race across Italy to catch up with the ship in the made-for-TV romance “Missing the Boat” (Hallmark, 8 p.m.), starring Emilie Ullerup and Kristoffer Polaha.
Another made-for-TV romance, “Terry McMillan Presents: Tempted 2 Love” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.), a sequel to a 2024 movie, “Terry McMillan Presents: Tempted by Love” (Lifetime, 6 p.m.), that continues to follow a chef who brings a new boyfriend to a European culinary event. Garcelle Beauvais reprises her role; the film also stars Boris Kodjoe and Vaughn Hebron.It’s followed by last year’s “Terry McMillan Presents: His, Hers & Ours” (Lifetime, 10 p.m.).
