RadioCPRThere was as much David Bowie on the show tonight as there was snow on the ground. In the midst of the big D.C. blizzard, the music went on after a two week absence.

So in addition to a survey of Bowie’s first two thirds of his career, there was nearly an hour of music about snow and storms and winter. Capped the nonstop Bowie with a couple of the things he made with Iggy Pop and some covers of Bowie songs by Seu Jorge from the sound track of “the Life Aquatic with Steve Zizzou.”
