Sampled a good deal of PJ Harvey’s new album, “The Hope Six Demolition Project,” since she researched and wrote half of it about the problems of D.C. Then played some more of Bob Dylan’s surprisingly listenable new album of standards, paired with a bunch of his classics since he turned 75 this week.
