DirtyMoneyIt’s hard to top the sheer productivity of Alex Gibney who produced more than a half dozen documentaries last year and directed a couple more. Before he releases the miniseries “The Looming Tower” for Hulu next month on the run up to 9/11, he produced the documentary series “Dirty Money” (Netflix, streaming) about corruption in the business world that drops all its episodes today.

The one Gibney also directed, “Hard Nox,” is about VW’s corporate deceit. Others look at Trump business holdings, payday loan companies, Big Pharma, banks that aid drug cartels and an episode about the maple syrup cartel in canada.

The new series “Britannia” (Amazon, streaming) goes way back in British history — to A.D. 43 when the Romans were invading. David Morrissey, Zoë Wanamaker and Kelly Reilly star.

And the comedy movie “A Futile and Stupid Gesture” (Netflix, streaming), on the early days of the National Lampoon, has a cast that includes Will Forte, Thomas Lennon, Matt Walsh, and Joel McHale as Chevy Chase.

A second season starts for Norman Lear’s fresh remake of “One Day at a Time” (Netflix, streaming).

There’s also a new standup special tonight, “Kavin Jay: Everybody Calm Down!” (Netflix, streaming).

The Metropolitan Opera’s rendition of Bellini’s 1831 opera “Norma” is on “Great Performances at the Met” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings) with Sondra Radvanovsky, Joyce DiDonato and Joseph Calleja.

On regular TV, Steven Soderbergh’s inventive mystery “Mosaic” (HBO, 8 p.m.) winds up in a relatively satisfying way with a pair of episodes. There’s time this weekend to watch the whole six-hour thing form the start, or scramble the scenes yourself in the accompanying app.

Rick Wilson, Zooey Deschanel, Roger McNamee are guests on a new “Real Time with Bill Maher” (HBO, 10 p.m.).

“The Graham Norton Show” (BBC America, 10 p.m.) moves to Fridays. Guests include Tom Hanks, and Maisie Williams.

“Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” (ABC, 9 p.m.) gets stranded in the future.

“Jane the Virgin” (The CW, 9 p.m.) resumes its season after several weeks absence, with an attempt to get Mateo in a new school.

Jackie goes to Barbados on “Married to Medicine” (Bravo, 9 p.m.).

Bryan and Santana have to rescue a physicist from North Korea on “Taken” (NBC, 9 p.m.).

Families of the four remaining chefs get to visit “Hell’s Kitchen” (Fox, 8 p.m.).

A mystery man from Jane’s past helps locate a missing person on “Blindspot” (NBC, 8 p.m.).

On “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” (The CW, 8 p.m.), Rebecca adjusts to change.

The month-long focus on survival films on Turner Classic Movies concludes with “Lord of the Flies” (8 p.m.), “My Side of the Mountain” (9:45 p.m.), “Panic in Year Zero” (11:45 p.m.), “No Blade of Grass” (1:30 a.m.) and “Walkabout” (3:30 a.m.).
