A second episode at 10 p.m., 11 bakers try a variety of breads: flatbreads, a plaited loaf and sweet and savory bagels.

A new cooking show with a clearly different agenda, “Cooking on High” (Netflix, streaming) looks at the ins and out of cannibis in the kitchen.

Also online is the second season of “Heavy Rescue 401” (Netflix, streaming) following heavy recovery operators trying to keep Toronto highways clear after big truck accidents.

A second season also comes for “Cooper’s Treasure” (Discovery, 9 p.m.), a reality series with a fascinating premise, finding shipwrecks and their possible treasure after being spotted from space by an astronaut Gordon Cooper 50 years ago.
