Also online tonight is the second season of the true crime series “The Confession Tapes” (Netflix, streaming).
The life and career of choral director Robert Shaw is chronicled on a new “American Masters” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local listings).
From the Colombian network Caracol Television comes the new series about the rise of Venezuelan liberator Simon Bolivar. Luis Geronimo Abreu plays “Bolivar” (Netflix, streaming).
The French import “Ad Vitam” (Netflix, streaming) is a new series about a future where humans life indefinitely and there is a spate of youth suicides.
A second season starts for the imported German series “Dark” (Netflix, streaming), which began with a mystery surrounding a missing child.
There is also a second season for the reality series about inmates at the Madison Juvenile Correctional Facility in Indiana, “Girls Incarcerated” (Netflix, streaming).
Dan Savage, Liz Mair, Thom Hartmann, Allan Lichtman and Debra Joh are guests on the 500th episode of “Real Time with Bill Maher” (HBO, 10 p.m.).
The crew from “Los Espookys” (HBO, 11 p.m.) are hired to dress a haunted mansion to scare heirs out of their inheritances.
The Travel channel thinks its Ghostbusters TV with the new “Ghosts of Morgan City” (Travel, 9 p.m.), joining the second season start of “Haunted Towns” (Travel, 10 p.m.).
