Another casualty as the pandemic roils on is the lack of radio station Christmas concerts. Tonight’s “iHeart Radio Jingle Ball Greatest Moments” (CW, 8 p.m.) features highlights from the past dozen years’ events, with clips from Lizzo (above, captured last year), Ariana Grande, Justin Bieber, Mariah Carey, Miley Cyrus and Taylor Swift, among others. This year’s Jingle Ball, such as it is, will air Dec. 14.
More holiday music can be found on a special edition “The Voice” (NBC, 9 p.m.), that features carols from past and current coaches, contestants and guests.
There is less music involved and more missile exhaust with “Rocket Around the Xmas Tree” (Discovery, 10 p.m.), a holiday competition launching decorations and toys. It accompanies the resumption of “BattleBots” (Discovery, 8 p.m.) after a pandemic pause.
In the imported Brazilian holiday film, “Just Another Christmas” (Netflix, streaming) a Grinch-type played by Leandro Hassum has to relive Christmas Eve until he deals with how he acts the rest of the year.
A new season comes for “Swamp People” (History, 9 p.m.), which shouldn’t be confused with “Swamp Thing.”
