President Joe Biden has his first Address to a Joint Session of Congress (ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox, PBS, CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, C-SPAN, 9 p.m.), an event that would usually be called a State of the Union, except when it’s the first year of a term.

Attendance will be limited, and it will be the first time two women will sit behind the President for the address, Vice President Kamala Harris and Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi. And it will be in a historic chambers defiled by an attempted coup Jan. 6. Republican response will be from Sen. Tim Scott. 

The fourth season begins for “The Handmaid’s Tale” (Hulu, streaming) with Elisabeth Moss’s character still on the lam, in search for her daughter, and bent on revenge and justice. The first three episodes are available today; subsequent episodes come on subsequent Wednesdays. 

The imported Polish comedy “Sexify” (Netflix, streaming) concerns a group of women who mix their technology with intimacy. 

Many a TV show has put viewers to sleep, but few had the intent of the new “Headspace Guide to Sleep” (Netflix, streaming), with 15 minute episodes of tips. 

“The Masked Singer” (Fox, 8 p.m.) interrupts the competition with its own goofy awards show that comes within a singalong episode .
