“Unapologetic,” Ashley O’Shay’s new film on “POV” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings), follows the work of two young activists in Chicago and their work following the police murder of Rekia Boyd. 

“Death to 2021” (Netflix, streaming), from the maker of “Black Mirror,” kisses off the past 12 months, with interviews and comedy. A more straightforward approach comes from “The Year: 2021” (ABC, 9 p.m.), hosted by Robin Roberts.

The amusingly quirky “Landscapers” (HBO, 9 p.m.) with Olivia Colman and David Thewlis has its finale with the trial of the couple.

“Class Action Park” (TNT, 10 p.m.), an entertaining documentary on a notions New Jersey water park of the 1980s, gets a cable premiere. 

Also migrating from streaming to cable are the first two episodes of “The Flight Attendant” (HBO2, 10 p.m.).

The new “Tiny Food Fight” (Food, 9 p.m.) isn’t quite that — it’s another chef’s challenge to make super small portions of things, starting with bar appetizers and then, at 9:30,
