As Alfred Hitchcock did on his anthology series of scary stories, Guillermo del Toro strolls on the set to introduce the well-made horror tales in the Halloween week series “Guillermo Del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities” (Netflix, streaming) that has two new episodes every day this week through Friday. As with his films from “The Shape of Water” to “Nightmare Alley,” its visually arresting and the stories feature stars from Tim Blake Nelson and Andrew Lincoln to Peter Weller, Crispin Glover and Rupert Grint.  

War crimes in Russia’s war on Ukraine are investigated on a new 90-minute “Frontline” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local listings). 

In the new series “Our 2 Moms” (TLC, 10 pm.), Whitney and DeeDee raise seven kids a small town. 

The four-part series “Making Black America: Through the Grapevine” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings) concludes with a look at the creation of safe spaces the Black community has created for itself.

A grand championship of drag performance comes in the 10-episode “The Boulet Brothers’ Dracula: Titans” (Shudder, streaming), where judges include Elvira, Harvey Guillen and Joe Bob Briggs.

“The Resident” (Fox, 8 p.m.) marks its 100th episode with a wedding between Kit and Bell.

On the other hospital series, Max goes on a mission to make New York safer on “New Amsterdam” (NBC, 10 p.m.).
