Yun Um’s documentary “Liquor Store Dreams” follows two Korean American children of liquor store owners in Los Angeles who have to reconcile their dreams with those of their parents. It makes its TV debut on “POV” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local listings). 

The Home Run Derby (ESPN, 8 p.m.) brings out the sluggers in advance of baseball’s All)Star Game in Seattle. 

Daniel Radcliffe, Steve Buscemi and Geraldine Viswanathan return for the fourth season of “Miracle Workers” (TBS, 10 p.m.), this time set in a dystopian future. 

The new limited series “Secrets of Miss America” (A&E, 10 p.m.) only lasts four episodes. Meanwhile, “Secrets of Playboy” (A&E, 9 p.m.) is returning for an eight-hour second season. 

The series “Unknown” (Netflix, streaming) devotes an episode to killer robots tonight. 

“Dark Marvels: Death Devices” (History, 10 p.m.) looks at the stories behind some of the most diabolical weapons. 

Stars from an Australian male revue go into the renovation business on the new “Flip the Strip” (HGTV, 10 p.m.). 

“BBQ Brawl” (Food, 9 p.m.) returns for a new season, with 12 new chefs competing. It’s followed by more competition on “BBQ USA” (Food, 10:30 p.m.).
