A couple of guys who spent time in a New Jersey telemarketing call center, who surreptitiously started shooting videos came up with an eye-opening whistle-blowing three-part documentary series “Telemarketers” (HBO, 10 p.m.). The brash style of the company matches what we know of the work of one of its producers, Danny McBride of “The Righteous Gemstones.”

“Billions” (Showtime, 8 p.m.) begins its seventh and final season with the political aims of Corey Stoll’s character coming with a twist. 

After only a week of “Big Brother” (CBS, 8 p.m.) one houseguest has been voted out and another has been kicked out for using a racial slur.

“The Mega-Brands That Built America” (History, 9 p.m.) ends its season with a look at Proctor & Gamble, Gillette and Schick.
