Filmmaker Michael Kirk looks at the House Jan. 6 committee evidence and the resulting threat to democracy. In fact, the report is titled “Democracy on Trial.”
It’s more important, certainly, than the 11th season premiere of “Vanderpump Rules” (Bravo, 8 p.m.), where the fallout of Scandoval, the affair between restaurant staffers Tom Sandoval and Raquel Lewis, doesn’t quite affect the future of the country.
