“The Good Doctor” (ABC, 10 p.m.) returns for its seventh and final season. “We’ve been lucky enough to be able to plan the ending we want to do,” show creator David Shore told reporters at the TV Critics Association winter press tour. “IT’s been a weird year,” he says, because of strikes, there will only be 10 episodes about Dr. Shaun Murphy, played by Freddie Highmore. “But being able to go out in your terms is such a blessing in this industry and we’ve been fortunate.”
