Brian Knappenberger’s “Turning Point: The Bomb and the Cold War” (Netflix, streaming) features 100 interviews conducted in seven countries, including seven current or former world leaders including Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. It also includes one of the final interviews by nuclear activist Daniel Ellsberg.
