As if passing the “Real Housewives” mantle to a new generation, the new “Next Gen NYC” (Bravo, 9 p.m.) follows 20 somethings in the Big Apple, many of whom are offsprings of former “Real Housewives” cast members. The hope is to conjure up the same kind of petty fights prominent in, say, “The Valley” (Bravo, 8 p.m.).

A seventh season begins for the goofy summer trifle “Love Island USA” (Peacock, streaming), which at least has a sense of humor about the dim bulbs in swimwear who fly to an island to pair up. This levity is mostly courtesy of narrator Iain Stirling; Ariana Madix is host and head executioner. These episodes pile up; it runs almost nightly.

They’ve squeezed enough UFO-related weirdness out of “The Secret of Skinwalker Ranch” (History, 8 p.m.) to warrant a sixth season, which starts tonight, alongside an after show at 9 and a third season of the spinoff “Beyond Skinwalker Ranch” (History, 9:30 p.m.), scouring for UFO stuff outside of the original Utah site. Neither has anything to do with history, of course.

Jessica Biel narrates a new true crime series about dark turns in otherwise idyllic getaways, “Fatal Destination” (Investigation Discovery, 10 p.m.).

“America’s Got Talent” (NBC, 8 p.m.) continues its auditions.

A two-hour season four finale of “The Cleaning Lady” (Fox, 8 p.m.) is actually two episodes back to back.

“Destination X” (NBC, 10 p.m.) continues to the top of Europe, though the players still can’t figure where they are.

Justin Long, Rachael Harris and Cameron Brink play “Celebrity Wheel of Fortune” (ABC, 8 p.m.).

The new “Caught in the Act: Double Life” (MTV, 9 p.m.) fits into a night that otherwise features “Caught in the Act: Unfaithful” (MTV, 8 and 9:53 p.m.). It’s not music, but Tamar Braxton is somehow involved.

Detective Davis tops off Madam about the DA’s new evidence on “All the Queen’s Men” (BET, 9:30 p.m.).

The new “1000-lb. Roomies” (TLC, 10 p.m.) follows best friends Jaz and Nesha in California, who are close, if not quite “1000-lb. Sisters” (TLC, 8 and 9 p.m.). Here’s our periodic reminder that TLC originally meant The Learning Channel.

Disney’s animated “Tangled” (Freeform, 7 p.m.) and “The Little Mermaid” (Freeform, 9 p.m.) play back to back.

It’s the centenary for Tony Curtis, born this day in 1925. Turner Classic Movies celebrates with “Some Like It Hot” (8 p.m.), “Sweet Smell of Success” (10:15 p.m.), “The Defiant Ones” (12:15 a.m.), “The Vikings” (2 a.m.) and “The Great Race” (4 a.m.).

During the day, TCM marks World Bicycle Day with “6 Day Bike Rider” (6 a.m.), “The Big Store” (7:15 a.m.), “The Seventh Cross” (8:45 a.m.), “The Boy with Green Hair” (10:45 a.m.), “Tea and Sympathy” (12:15 p.m.), “Saturday Night and Sunday Morning” (2:30 p.m.), “Room for One More” (4:15 p.m.) and “A Little Romance” (6 p.m.).

Baseball includes Cleveland at Yankees (TBS, truTV, 7 p.m.) and Mets at Dodgers (TBS, truTV, 10 p.m.).

WNBA action has Washington at Indiana (NBA, 7 p.m.) and Dallas at Seattle (ESPN, 9:30 p.m.).

Soccer has U.S. vs. Jamaica (TNT, 8 p.m.) in a women’s international friendly in St. Louis.
