Bertie Carvel narrates a new documentary series looking the giants of prehistoric times, “Walking with Dinosaurs” (PBS, 8 p.m., check local listings), talking about a Triceratops at 8 and a Spinosaurus at 9.

“Super Mega Cakes” (Food, 9 p.m.) is a new series that follows baker Duff Goldman going up against six teams of the country’s best cake artists.
