“Masterpiece” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings) finally gets around to showing “The Great Escaper,” a 2023 film based on a true story of a 90-year-old World War II vet from England who breaks out of his nursing home in order to attend 70th anniversary D-Day commemorations in France in 2014. 

Michael Caine and Glenda Jackson star — and it’s the final film for both. He announced his retirement soon after its UK premiere two years ago; she died nine months after filming finished at 87. 

More World War II action? There’s a 10-episode marathon of “Band of Brothers” (BBC America, 11 a.m.).

Sunday Night Football has Tampa Bay at Los Angeles Rams (NBC, 8:20 p.m.). Earlier games include Jets at Baltimore (CBS, 1 p.m.), Minnesota at Green Bay (Fox, 1 p.m.) and Philadelphia at Dallas (Fox, 4:25 p.m.).

The “Interview with the Vampire” spinoff, “Anne Rice’s Talamasca: The Secret Order” (AMC, 9 p.m.) has a season one finale. 

Gone for good after three seasons and 23 episodes is “Billy the Kid” (MGM+, 10 p.m.) with Tom Blyth in the title role. Tonight is the series finale. 

“Chris Hamsworth: A Road Trip to Remember” (National Geographic, 9 p.m.) is a departure from his usual efforts to find ways to extend and improve quality of life, so that he can visit his father, who is diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. 

The made-for-TV holiday romance “Melt My Heart This Christmas” (Hallmark, 8 p.m.) is about a glassblower who falls for her art fair judge. Laura Vandervoort and Stephen Huszar star. 

Another romance, “Second Guessing Fate” (CW, 8 p.m.) stars Danielle Panabaker as an event planner who mets a fortune teller.

Not a romance: “The Body in the Locker” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.), a made-for-TV thriller about a woman finding a body in her late father’s storage locker. 

“Tracker” (CBS, 8 p.m.) looks for a crime scene cleaner. 

Lisa looks for tickets for a K-pop concert on “The Simpsons” (Fox, 8:30 p.m.). 

“Bob’s Burgers” (Fox, 9:30 p.m.) is in a tizzy over Tina’s new tube top. 

Shlub forgets the anniversary of he and Deliria on “Krapopolis” (Fox, 9 p.m.). 

“60 Minutes” (CBS, 7 p.m.) reports from Ukraine. 

Tulsa is the next stop for “The Road” (CBS, 9 p.m.), where Dustin Lynch sits in with Keith Urban and there are some group performances. 

“Universal Basic Guys” (Fox, 8 p.m.) train to win a charity basketball tournament. 

A trapped black bear is released back into the wild on “Yellowstone Wardens” (Animal Planet, 8 p.m.). 

A new episode of “The Real Housewives of Potomac” (Bravo, 8 p.m.) precedes what may be the final report of “BravoCon: All Access 2025” (Bravo, 9 p.m.), since it ended a week ago. 

There’s a call to deal with a situation in India on “Snakes in the City” (Nat Geo Wild, 9 p.m.). 

Both “The Chair Company” (HBO, 10 p.m.) and “I Love LA” (HBO, 10:30 p.m.) were renewed for second seasons this week. 

The military descends on “IT: Welcome to Derry” (HBO, 9 p.m.). 

Wondering what happens to the excess cookies on “Harry Potter: Wizards of Baking” (Food, 8 p.m.) and “Sweet Empire: Winter Wars” (Food, 9 p.m.). 

“Aerial Mexico” (Smithsonian, 8 p.m.) swoops down on cities. 

Turner Classic Movies has a Joan Crawford double feature with “Queen Bee” (8 p.m.) and “Autumn Leaves” (10 p.m.). After the silent “Johanna Enlists” (midnight) there are a pair of crime imports, “Deep Crimson” (2 a.m.) from Mexico and “Purple Noon” (4 a.m.) from France. 

Hockey has Carolina at Buffalo (NHL, 1 p.m.) and Colorado at Chicago (NHL, 7 p.m.).

Men’s college basketball includes Clemson vs.t Georgia (ESPN, 1 p.m.), Virginia vs. Butler (CBS Sports, 2 p.m.), West Virginia vs. Xavier (ESPN, 3:30 p.m.), South Carolina vs. Northwestern (CBS Sports, 5 p.m.), Bryant vs. Connecticut (truTV, 6 p.m.), Tulane vs. Boston College (ESPN2, 6:30 p.m.) and Utah State vs. Davidson (ESPN2, 9 p.m.).
