“Dancing with the Stars” (ABC, 8 p.m.) names a winner in the season 34 finale. But by now there are apparently no stars. The finalists’ names are Robert Irwin, Dylan Efron, Jordan Chiles, Elaine Hendrix and Alix Earle. They’ll stretch this thing out for three hours.
