Bad weather in the U.S. has caused a number of games to change their schedules. The women’s college basketball game of UConn at Seton Hall (Peacock, noon), for example, was moved to today from Sunday. There were pauses at tennis’ Australian Open (ESPN2, 7:30 p.m.) Friday as well because of weather, but because of temperatures of 104.
Svengoolie had to change its planned film tonight as well, not because of weather but because of rights issues. “King Kong vs. Godzilla” (MeTV, 8 p.m.) is not available in all regions, so streaming viewers and those in Hawaii will instead see “Fiend Without a Face.”
