Performances are expected from Bruno Mars, Brandy Clark, Justin Bieber, Lady Gaga, Lauryn Hill, Pharrell Williams, Post Malone, Reba McEntire, Sabrina Carpenter, Leon Thomas and Tyler the Creator, among others. 

The Olympics begin this week, you will be hearing, and you can get up to date on the couples training for the ice dancing event in the three-part documentary series “Glitter & Gold” (Netflix, streaming), peeking into their private lives as well as their spins on the rink. They cover Americans Madison Choc and Evan Bates, Piper Gilles and Paul Poirier from Canada and the French team Guillaume Cizeron and Laurence Fournier Beaudry. 

In the absence of football today, there is the start of a two-night sports documentary series about a team that isn’t in it this year, “Rise of the 49ers” (AMC, 9 p.m.) about the storied team from San Francisco. 

Sam Claflin and Kaley Cuoco star in the new series “Vanished” (MGM+, 9 p.m.) about a couple’s trip to Paris  in which he suddenly disappears. 

“LA Firestorm” (Reelz, 8 p.m.), a new three-part documentary, follows the devastation of a year ago. 

The second season finale comes for the Tom Hiddleston spy series “The Night Manager” (Prime Video, streaming). 

“Miss Scarlet” (PBS, 8 p.m., check local listings) has competition in pursuing a suspect. 

A stubborn goat is a problem on “All Creatures Great and Small” (PBS, 9 p.m., check local listings). 

“Bookish” (PBS, 10 p.m., check local listings) has the second part of a story to find a film-set killer. 

A woman finds out about a secret family after at the funeral of “One Dead Husband” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.), a made-for-TV thriller starring Brittney Q. Hill and Deb Foster. 

It’s probably not a good sign that “60 Minutes” (CBS, 7 p.m.) has given no hint on what they’re presenting tonight. 

On “The Real Housewives of Potomac” (Bravo, 8 p.m.), Andy Cohen interviews Karen Huger after she gets out of prison. 

Turner Classic Movies begins a two-part salute to director Michael Schultz with “Cooley High” (8 p.m.) and “Greased Lightning” (10 p.m.). The silent movie at 12 o’clock is “The Symbol of the Unconquered” (midnight), followed by the Swedish imports “The Magic Flute” (1:45 a.m.) and “The Red Shoes” (4:15 a.m.). 

NBA action includes Milwaukee at Boston (ESPN, 3:30 p.m.), Lakers at Knicks (NBC, 7 p.m.) and Oklahoma at Denver (NBC, 9:30 p.m.). 

Hockey has Boston at Tampa Bay (ESPN, 6:30 p.m.) and Vegas at Anaheim (ESPN, 9:30 p.m.),
