The NBA’s All-Star Saturday (NBC, 5 p.m.)  may well be the highlight of the NBA All-Star Weekend with its annual skills, challenge, three point contest and slam duck competitions. It comes earlier in the day than usual so as not to interfere with its nightly Primetime in Milan (NBC, 8 p.m.), showing highlights of the day’s events in the Winter Games in Italy.

A hyena clan reunites on a new episode of “Kingdom” (BBC America, 8 p.m.). 

“Because of Cupid” (Hallmark, 8 p.m.) is the unusual Valentine’s Day movie from a network that releases dozens of new Christmas movies each year. Amy Groening and Evan Roderick star as friends who compete in a mocktail contest, only to have Cupid interfere.

A less likely Valentine’s Day movie is “The Dating App Killer: The Monica White Story” (Lifetime, 8 p.m.), based on a real story, starring Lela Rochon and Jarod Joseph. 

Jounalist Aaron Parnas and comedian Scott Thompson join Amber Ruffin and Michael Ian Black as panelists on a new “Have I Got News For You” (CNN, 9 p.m.), hosted by Roy Wood Jr. 

“Iyanla: The Inside Fix” (OWN, 8 p.m.) revisits Uncle Pumpkin’s household. 

A woman who quit her corporate job for a creative career seeks financial advice on “Maxxed Out” (OWN, 9 p.m.). 

“The Nowhere Man” (Starz, 9 p.m.) uncovers a deadly diamond-smuggling ring. 

A wiretap provides a breakthrough on “The BMF Documentary: Blowing Money Fast” (Starz, 9:50 p.m.). 

Svengoolie has the original “Dracula” (MeTV, 8 p.m.); the House of Svengoolie has “Dinoshark” (MeTV, 10:30 p.m.).
